Police seek missing San Ysidro High student
Two years ago voters decided to dramatically change California’s election system for the June 5 primary. Now the architects of the “top-two” primary system at the San Diego-based Independent Voter Project, are seeking to organize unaffiliated voters across the state.
The School of Science and Technology at San Diego High School is representing the county at the 10th annual Solar Cup, the nation’s largest solar-powered boat competition.
