Sailor Accused Of Vandalism To Stand Trial

A Navy sailor accused of breaking out windows on 14 cars and vandalizing an office at a Mission Valley car dealership, causing an estimated $75,000 worth of damage, Monday waived his right to a preliminary hearing and will stand trial on felony burglary and vandalism charges.
