SACRAMENTO — The state’s liquor license regulator may soon be brimming with new duties — regulating medical marijuana sales and overseeing alcohol sales during new bar hours from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. Separate bills circulating at the statehouse would give those tasks to the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
